There are two types of returns;  Purchase Returns and Service Returns.   Learn more below.

RULES FOR RETURNS

Purchase Returns/Exchanges within 30 days: 

  • If for some reason you need to return a recently purchased item, we will accept new, unopened goods within 30 days for refund.
    • All returns need an RMA #
    • Return shipping is paid by you.
    • When product is received we will inspect and issue refund less 10% handling fee.
    • If doing an exchange then handling fee will be reduced to 5%

Purchase Returns/Exhanges after 30 days and prior to 90 days: 

  • All returns need and RMA #
  • Product must be in new, uninstalled condition and free from defects and returned in original packaging.
  • Restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund.
  • If doing an exchange, restocking fee will be reduced to 10%
  • Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing pieces or any damage will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.

Fulfillment mistakes: 

  • You have 30 days to notify us of incorrect product shipped to you.
    • We will assign you an RCA #  (Note RCA # is not the same as an RMA #)
    • Return shipping will be at our expense
    • Correct product will be shipped once we see in Fedex tracking that product has been picked up and is en-route.
    • Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing pieces or any damage will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.

 

NOTE:  If you install or modify items ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

GENERAL RULES 

  • All customer returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please fill out the request below and print the email you receive.  Items returned without an RMA number may be refused.
    Note: Separate RMA numbers must be obtained for multiple orders.
  • All returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and new condition.
  • Upon approval by SoundQubed, refunds will be issued in the same manner that they were paid, less restocking fees and/or shipping fees where applicable. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
  • Customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges incurred with the return or exchange.
  • Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing pieces or any damage will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.

Any refused shipment sent back to SoundQubed does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers responsibility to make all arrangements with SoundQubed for refused shipments. SoundQubed will charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped.

To return a product for service or repair you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization located in the link above. Once you fill out this form you will be emailed a copy which will need to be printed, or hand copied onto a piece of paper and placed inside the box with the merchandise.
