Return Policy (We don’t accept returns after 90 days from purchase)

PLEASE NOTE: “If you install or modify items ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges”.

Service Returns:

  • Create an RMA
  • Pack the items(s) well to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Ship item(s) to us at the address above at your expense.
  • When item(s) are received we will determine the cost of repair
  • You will be contacted with a repair quote once item(s) have been checked-in
  • Payment required prior to any repair.

Item(s) returned within 30 days from purchase:

  • Item(s) must be new and unopened.
  • Create an RMA.
  • Ship item(s) to us at the address above at your expense.
  • When the item(s) is received we will inspect and issue refund less appropriate restocking fee.
  • 5% if exchanging the item(s)
  • 10% if new and unopened
  • 20% if not new, but still in A-Quality
  • 100% if item(s) is found to be used, installed, not resalable, missing pieces or has any damage and will be returned to you upon request and at your expense.

Item(s) returned after 30 days, but within 90 days from purchase:

  • If the item(s) is new, uninstalled condition, free from defects and returned in original packing see below.
  • Create a RMA.
  • Ship item(s) to us at the address above at your expense.
  • When the item(s) is received we will inspect and issue refund less appropriate restocking fee.
  • 10% if exchanging the new, uninstalled condition and free from defect item(s).
  • 20% if item(s) is new, uninstalled condition and free from defects.
  • 100% if item(s) is found to be used, installed, not resalable, missing pieces or has any damage and will be returned to you upon request and at your expense.

Incorrect Item(s) Received:

  • You have 30 days to notify of the incorrect item(s) shipped to you.
  • We will assign you an RMA
  • Return shipping will be at our expense.
  • Correct item(s) will be sent out once tracking shows incorrect item(s) are en-route.

WARRANTY:

SoundQubed warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of time not to exceed 24 months for subwoofers, components, earbuds and coaxial and 12 months for amplifiers from the original date of retail purchase. Parts returned must be determined by SoundQubed to be defective prior to any warranty credit or replacement is issued. SoundQubed’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Warranties are non transferable.

Warranty Exclusion:

Burnt or open coils
Customer abuse or competition use and power in excess of rating
Amplifiers used in competition or run below rated ohm loads or voltageSoundQubed shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. SoundQubed shall not be liable for any damages or injuries to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty.
