We don’t accept any returns after 90 days from the day of purchase. If you modify products ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once installed, SoundQubed products cannot be returned for a refund of any kind.

How To Return A Product For Service

If you have NOT received an email back from SoundQubed after initiating the RMA process,
please check your Spam folder.

5 steps to do product returns with Soundqubed
  1. Complete the Tech Support Form. After basic troubleshooting, our repair center will provide an RMA number. Don’t ship without an RMA number! We might lose it…
  2. Ship it to us: 3810 N. Tulsa Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73112 – Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. We’ll evaluate the problem: Our experienced technicians will figure out what has caused the problem. If it’s a defect, we’ll promptly ship your replacement.
  4. Quote & payment: We’ll send a quote, and wait for your payment to start repairs. Return shipping will be included in the quote.
  5. Repair: We’ll fix the product, and ship it back to you. Ask questions so you don’t have the same problem again!

Returns and Exchanges Within 90 Days of Purchase


Incorrect Item(s) Received

You will have 30 days to notify of the incorrect item(s) shipped to you. We’ll assign an RMA, and arrange for return shipping at our expense. Correct items will be sent out once the incorrect item(s) are received.


Within 30 Days of Purchase

Create an RMA for your new and unopened product. Ship it back to us at your expense. We’ll inspect the product, and issue a refund less the appropriate restocking fee.

RESTOCKING FEES:

  • 5% if exchanging the item(s)
  • 10% if new and unopened
  • 20% if not new, but still in A-Quality
  • 100% if the item(s) is found to be used, installed, not resalable, missing pieces or has any damage and will be returned to you upon request and at your expense

After 30 Days, But Within 90 Days of Purchase

Create an RMA for your new and unopened product. Ship it back to us at your expense. We’ll inspect the product, and issue a refund less the appropriate restocking fee.

  • 20% if the item(s) is new, uninstalled condition and free from defects
