Returning a Product

Get an RMA number from us before you ship!
Packages without an RMA number will be refused to avoid any risk of losing your product.

Exchanges or Returns

If you ordered the wrong product, or changed your mind, you will likely be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • It’s within 90 days after the purchase date
  • The product hasn’t been modified, installed, or connected to power

Received the Wrong Item?

Let us know within 30 days that we shipped you the wrong product. We’ll send a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and return shipping label. We’ll ship you the correct item as soon as tracking info indicates the item is in transit back to us.


Getting Your RMA Number

You will need an RMA number when shipping product to us for repairs as well as returns.

Shipping is expensive! Before you send something back, we want to make sure it’s necessary.

  1. Complete the tech support form. We need all the information. It will save you time and money.
  2. Get your RMA number. If there’s no easy solution, we’ll email your RMA number with shipping instructions.
  3. Follow the shipping instructions. We don’t want to lose your product! Write your RMA number on the box, and use the correct address.

If you do NOT receive an email with RMA instructions, please check your spam/junk folder.
