Soundqubed has a 30 day return policy. This policy is enacted at the moment the shipper confirms the package was delivered. Returns do have a 10% restocking fee for all new, unopened items. If the items are deemed to be opened but not used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. If the items are opened and have been used and confirmed by Soundqubed to still be in working order, there is a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.
Refunds will be issued after all confirmations are made with the products that are returned, which is 3-5 business days from confirmation of delivery from the shipper. This time period can be around 3-4 weeks from creating a return tag for a refund to be confirmed in your account. This is due to shipping times back to Soundqubed, testing, and processing times for your financial institutions (5-10 business days) to return the funds back into your account. In many cases, this process can be quicker depending on shippers and the financial institutions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available per your address.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If there is any damage to your shipment or items not received after the shipper confirms delivery; a claim will be filed with the shipper on the end of Soundqubed. This process can take up to 14 working days to receive a decision from the shipper about their coverage. Once your items are confirmed picked up by the shipper, all liability will fall on the shipper and customer.
