These terms apply to your use of soundqubed.com and to purchases from SoundQubed (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Financing, where offered, is provided by the third-party lender under its own terms.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns, restocking fees and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Warranty
SoundQubed products carry the warranty described in their product documentation. Damage from improper installation, overpowering, abuse or modification is not covered. For warranty, parts or service, use our Parts & Service form.
Dealer and distributor accounts
Dealer pricing, the dealer catalog and dealer-only pages are for approved accounts only and may not be shared. We may approve, change or close dealer accounts at our discretion.
Use of the site
Product photos, text, logos and other content on this site belong to SoundQubed and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.
Car audio safety
High-power audio can damage hearing and vehicle electrical systems and may be restricted by local noise laws. Install products according to their instructions or use a qualified installer. You are responsible for using our products safely and legally.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SoundQubed is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
QuickBooks integration
Our website connects to our own QuickBooks Online company to record sales. That connection is used only by SoundQubed for its own bookkeeping and is not offered to other businesses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Barrow County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
