Description
The HDS2.3 6.5-inch is rated at 500 watts RMS. It sits in the middle of our lineup, with more excursion and power handling than an entry-level sub, and it is a great daily-driver upgrade that does not need a huge electrical system. At 6.5 inches it fits where bigger subs will not, like under seats, in small cabs and in motorcycle builds.
With two 2-ohm voice coils it wires to 1 ohm or 4 ohms, which makes it easy to match to most monoblock amps. Not sure how to wire it? Our ohm load calculator walks you through it.
