Description
The HDX4.2 12-inch is our flagship subwoofer, rated at 4,000 watts RMS and built for competitors and bass fans who refuse to settle. In a 12 that means a lot of output from a box that still fits in a trunk or a single-cab truck. Plan on a strong amp and a solid electrical system to get everything out of it.
With two 1-ohm voice coils it wires to 0.5 or 2 ohms, so it pairs best with a monoblock that is stable at low impedance. Not sure how to wire it? Our ohm load calculator walks you through it.
